David Fourtout outdoes himself with this phenomenal white Bergerac. Using a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and gris. The wine is macerated with the Lees for longer and is then aged in new French oak. With notes of Apricot, Nectarines and tropical fruit. It is smooth, plump and the finish is long.
