This light elegant Beaujolais is packed full of red fruits. Very pleasant on the palate with fine tannins. A versatile red easily drank on it’s own or paired with a pizza.

Soil: Granite, sandy and clay

Climate: Semi-continental

Winemaking: Grapes are harvested by hand. Followed by a chilled maceration for 9 days. The large lees are taken out at the beginning of the malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel.

Robe: ruby

Nose: Fresh red fruits dominated by raspberries and currants

Palate: A light bodied Beaujolais with fine tannins with notes of raspberries the finish is particularly persistent
