Winemaking: Grapes are harvested by hand. Followed by a chilled maceration for 9 days. The large lees are taken out at the beginning of the malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel.

Palate: A light bodied Beaujolais with fine tannins with notes of raspberries the finish is particularly persistent
