Soil: Keuper marl, dolomite rock and gypsum

Climate: Semi-continental

Winemaking: Hand Harvested grapes are destemmed and go through full fermentation. They are then aged in large oak barrels for 12 months.


Tasting notes:

Robe: Pale yellow colour

Nose: White flowers with petrol

Palate: Notes of minerality, burnt match sticks and smoke  

Finish: medium
