We are delighted to welcome a very special guest to Ballsbridge. On Friday 4th and Saturday 5th December, Thibault Cruse, owner and vigneron of Château Mondorion, will be joining us in-store at The French Paradox.
This is a rare opportunity to taste exceptional Saint-Émilion Grand Cru directly alongside the person who guides it from the vineyard to the bottle.

Nestled at the foot of the Saint-Émilion slopes, Château Mondorion produces classic Right-Bank Bordeaux celebrated for its elegance, velvet texture, and depth.
Crafted with a dominant blend of Merlot complemented by Cabernet Franc, the wines of Mondorion capture the balance of traditional Bordeaux pedigree and modern precision. Under Thibault Cruse’s stewardship, the winery honors generations of Bordeaux heritage while crafting wines of remarkable freshness, longevity, and character.
