CHAMPAGNE
Terroirs d’Écueil is the signature cuvée of Lacourte-Godbillon, a grower Champagne house based in the Premier Cru village of Écueil, in the Montagne de Reims. Crafted predominantly from Pinot Noir (around 85%) with a touch of Chardonnay, the wine reflects the structure and fruit intensity typical of this terroir, while maintaining precision and freshness.
WHITE WINES
Clos de Bannon 2024 from Domaine Fouassier is a distinctive single-parcel Sancerre Blanc, crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grown on clay-flint and marl soils in the heart of the Loire Valley. The Fouassier family, long-time biodynamic pioneers in Sancerre, work this vineyard with a deep respect for terroir expression, allowing the character of the site to shine through with clarity and precision.
Baudouin Millet, based in Chablis, continues a family tradition of crafting wines that reflect the purity of their terroir. With a focus on careful vineyard work and minimal intervention in the cellar, the estate aims to preserve freshness, clarity, and balance in every cuvée.
RED WINES
Château Martet Réserve de Famille 2020 is the flagship cuvée of this Sainte-Foy Côtes de Bordeaux estate, crafted entirely from Merlot and aged for around 18 months in new oak barrels. It is a wine built in a deliberately serious, structured style, reflecting both concentration and finesse from a carefully managed vineyard and modern winemaking approach.
Domaine Fouassier is one of the historic reference points of Sancerre, with a family presence spanning over ten generations on the famed limestone hill of the appellation. Today led by cousins Benoît and Paul Fouassier, the estate covers around 60 hectares and is a pioneer of organic and biodynamic viticulture in the Loire Valley, holding both Biodyvin and Demeter certifications.
