Every year, on the third Thursday of November, the first wines of the new Beaujolais vintage are released. Made from Gamay and bottled just weeks after harvest, Beaujolais Nouveau is all about freshness, fruit and the excitement of tasting the new vintage for the first time.
This year, we will be pouring Le Vin de JP, the Beaujolais Nouveau from Domaine Jean-Paul Dubost. Expect a deep purple colour, generous black-cherry fruit and a wonderfully full, muscular palate — a Beaujolais Nouveau with plenty of character and made for the table.
Beaujolais Nouveau 2026 arrives Thursday 19 November.
