Returns: If there is any problem with your order we want to hear about it. If you decide to return or exchange any goods there are two possibilities:

1. Free of charge return in-store at our Ballsbridge shop – click here for directions.
2. At your expense by post.

Upon receipt of your order you have 14 days to initiate a return or exchange. Unless corked all returned orders must be in resalable condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at: returns@thefrenchparadox.com
