Wine Making: The grapes are harvested late for a more ripeness and sugars. They are Hand harvested in small containers. They are then destemmed, they do not go through a full fermentation, to keep some sugars. Aged for 12 months in large oak barrels

Palate: Rich notes of lychees and other exotic white fruits accompanied by a little sweetness
