Winemaking: Hand Harvested grapes are destemmed and go through full fermentation. They are then aged in large oak barrels for 12 months.

Robe: Pale yellow colour
Nose: White flowers with minerality
Palate: Refreshing with delicate notes of white fruits followed by a bouquet of white flowers and mineral finish
