A warm welcome to today’s wine tasting

We’re delighted to have you with us and hope you’ll enjoy discovering the selection we’ve prepared. Each wine has been carefully chosen for its character, its story, and the people behind it.

Take your time, taste, ask questions, and above all, enjoy the experience.

Cheers, and have a wonderful tasting!

WHITE WINES

Domaine d’Archimbaud ¦ Languedoc Mont-Baudile “Les IV Pierre” 2025

A vibrant white wine from the IGP Mont Baudile, a lesser-known but increasingly exciting terroir in the Languedoc, at the foothills of the Larzac. This cuvée is a blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, and Muscat Petit Grain, combining aromatic intensity with freshness and balance. Vinified in stainless steel to preserve aromatic purity, the wine focuses on clarity and immediacy rather than oak influence. The result is a white that feels both expressive and precise, combining southern generosity with a clean, modern style.

Domaine Fouassier ¦ Sancerre “Le Clos de Bannon” 2023

A distinctive single-parcel Sancerre Blanc, grown on clay-flint and marl soils in the heart of the Loire Valley. The Fouassier family, long-time biodynamic pioneers in Sancerre, work this vineyard with a deep respect for terroir expression. Flavours of lemon, orchard fruit, and grapefruit peel are carried by a chalky, mineral backbone that defines the wine’s long, clean finish. The result is a Sancerre that feels both expressive and controlled, combining aromatic intensity with precision.

RED WINES

Domaine Charbonnier ¦ Val de Loire Pinot Noir 2023

This is a classic Loire Valley red, crafted to showcase the finesse and aromatic purity of the variety in a cool-climate terroir. Grown on clay-limestone soils, the vines produce fruit that is naturally balanced, favouring elegance, freshness, and aromatic clarity over power. The minimal intervention to preserve the grape’s delicate aromatics and fine structure, results in a wine that is both authentic and highly drinkable.

Domaine Saint Pierre ¦ Vacqueyras 2023

Southern Rhône’s most characterful appellations, Vacqueyras is known for producing powerful yet balanced reds from sun-drenched vineyards near Gigondas and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre typically thrive in stony, heat-retaining soils. As it opens, savoury nuances emerge (licorice, dried herbs, and a touch of earthy complexity) adding depth and authenticity to the profile.
