CHAMPAGNES

Champagne Premier Cru ¦ TERROIRS D'ÉCUEIL€ 154

Terroirs d’Écueil is the signature cuvée of Lacourte-Godbillon, a grower Champagne house based in the Premier Cru village of Écueil, in the Montagne de Reims. Crafted predominantly from Pinot Noir (around 85%) with a touch of Chardonnay, the wine reflects the structure and fruit intensity typical of this terroir, while maintaining precision and freshness.

Champagne Grand Cru ¦ ARRAKIS€ 120

Arnaud Moreau “Arrakis” is a distinguished Champagne sourced from Grand Cru terroirs, combining power, precision, and depth of expression. It opens with a complex and expressive aromatic profile, where ripe orchard fruits such as apple and pear are complemented by bright citrus zest and subtle stone fruit nuances. Beneath this fruit-driven core, more evolved aromas emerge, including brioche, toasted almond, and a gentle hint of spice, reflecting both careful ageing and the richness of the terroir.

WHITE WINES

Sancerre ¦ LES ROMAINS 2022€ 92

Les Romains 2022 from Domaine Fouassier is a benchmark single-parcel Sancerre Blanc, drawn from one of the estate’s most prized vineyard sites. The Fouassier family, long-time biodynamic pioneers in Sancerre, work this 3-hectare plot with meticulous care, aiming to express the pure identity of its flint- and clay-rich soils. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc that is both deeply rooted in terroir and highly expressive in the glass.

Hautes Côtes de Beaune ¦ CHÂTEAU DE LABORDE 2022€ 71

The Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc 2022 is made from 100% Chardonnay grown on higher-altitude vineyards west of the Côte de Beaune. These elevated sites benefit from cooler conditions, which help retain freshness and acidity even in warmer vintages. The soils—primarily limestone and clay—contribute a distinct tension and minerality, giving the wine its energetic and linear profile.

RED WINES

Vin de Pays de l'Hérault ¦ LES CREISSES 2024€ 56.50

Domaine Les Creisses, crafted by Philippe Chesnelong in Valros, is a benchmark wine of the Languedoc, combining Mediterranean richness with precision and elegance. Produced from a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, and smaller proportions of Mourvèdre, Carignan, and other southern varieties, it reflects the complexity of its diverse terroirs—stony clay-limestone soils and gravelly slopes that contribute both depth and freshness.

Vin de Pays de l'Hérault ¦ LES BRUNES 2023€ 106

Domaine Les Brunes is the flagship cuvée of Philippe Chesnelong in Valros, a deeply structured and age-worthy wine that expresses the full potential of its distinctive terroir. Sourced from dark, basaltic soils—ancient volcanic formations that give the wine its name—it is typically composed of a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by Syrah and Mourvèdre, delivering both power and precision.

Cahors ¦ CUVÉE PARTICULIÈRE 2020€ 48

Château Lamartine Cuvée Particulière 2020 is a classic expression of Cahors, the historic “black wine” region of Southwest France, where Malbec reaches a particularly dark, structured, and age-worthy style. Produced from old vines grown on clay-limestone and gravelly terraces of the Lot Valley, this cuvée reflects both concentration and finesse, with low yields enhancing depth and intensity.

ROSÉ WINES

Provence - La Londe ¦ AUDACE 2024€ 82

This cuvée is a blend of 50% Mourvèdre and 50% Grenache, combining structure, aromatic complexity and freshness. The grapes are harvested at night at low temperatures to preserve their aromatic purity, followed by a 12-hour cold skin maceration and gentle direct pressing with careful selection of the finest juice. After static settling, fermentation takes place slowly at low temperature over around 20 days. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks before spending two months in oak barrels, adding subtle texture and complexity without masking its freshness.
