Rooted in the Premier Cru village of Écueil, Maison Lacourte-Godbillon crafts organic Champagnes that beautifully express the richness and elegance of the Montagne de Reims. Guided by a deep respect for nature and meticulous attention in both vineyard and cellar, each cuvée reveals remarkable purity, precision and balance. Authentic, refined and unmistakably expressive, these Champagnes are a true reflection of their exceptional terroir.
Terroirs d’Écueil is the signature cuvée of Lacourte-Godbillon, a grower Champagne house based in the Premier Cru village of Écueil, in the Montagne de Reims. Crafted predominantly from Pinot Noir (around 85%) with a touch of Chardonnay, the wine reflects the structure and fruit intensity typical of this terroir, while maintaining precision and freshness.
Lacourte Godbillon “Terroirs Épanouis” is a beautifully poised Champagne that embodies harmony, purity, and expressive finesse. It opens with an inviting and refined bouquet, where soft floral aromas mingle with fresh citrus zest and ripe orchard fruits such as pear and apple. Subtle hints of white flowers and gentle brioche add depth and complexity, suggesting careful ageing and thoughtful craftsmanship.
Lacourte Godbillon Vintage 2019 is a Premier Cru Champagne that reflects both the character of the harvest year and the house’s commitment to finesse and balance. It opens with an inviting aromatic profile of ripe orchard fruits (apple, pear, and white peach) lifted by fresh citrus zest and delicate floral nuances. As it develops in the glass, more complex notes emerge, including subtle hints of brioche, toasted hazelnut, and gentle pastry tones that speak to careful ageing on the lees.
Lacourte Godbillon “Mi-Pentes”, harvested in 2017, is a distinctive Champagne that showcases both depth and finesse, shaped by a carefully selected mid-slope vineyard parcel. The wine opens with an expressive and refined aromatic profile, where notes of ripe orchard fruits —such as apple and pear— are interwoven with citrus zest, white flowers, and delicate hints of brioche and toasted almond developed through ageing.

Sourced from one of Champagne’s most celebrated terroirs, each cuvée is a refined expression of purity, depth and remarkable finesse. Crafted with patience and an uncompromising commitment to excellence, these wines embody the timeless elegance that defines the world’s finest Champagnes.
Arnaud Moreau “Tradition” is the signature non-vintage cuvée from this family-run estate based in Bouzy, one of Champagne’s prestigious Grand Cru villages. The domaine works exclusively with Grand Cru vineyards on the Montagne de Reims, where Pinot Noir dominates and gives the wines their distinctive structure and fruit intensity. The blend is typically around 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, combining power with finesse.
Arnaud Moreau “Arrakis” is a distinguished Champagne sourced from Grand Cru terroirs, combining power, precision, and depth of expression. It opens with a complex and expressive aromatic profile, where ripe orchard fruits such as apple and pear are complemented by bright citrus zest and subtle stone fruit nuances. Beneath this fruit-driven core, more evolved aromas emerge, including brioche, toasted almond, and a gentle hint of spice, reflecting both careful ageing and the richness of the terroir.
Arnaud Moreau “Blanc de Noirs Phoenix” is a characterful Champagne made entirely from Pinot Noir, expressing both intensity and finesse in equal measure. It opens with a generous and layered aromatic profile, where ripe orchard fruits such as apple and pear are joined by more pronounced red fruit notes of wild strawberry and cherry. These are lifted by fresh citrus accents and subtle floral hints, creating both depth and vibrancy.
While Bouzy is internationally celebrated for its outstanding Pinot Noir, Chardonnay planted on this remarkable Grand Cru terroir offers a different and equally compelling expression. “Erynn” is a Blanc de Blancs, made exclusively from Chardonnay, revealing a style that combines the natural elegance of the grape with the depth and mineral character imparted by Bouzy’s chalk-rich soils.
Arnaud Moreau “Odyssée” 2007 is a Grand Cru vintage Champagne of notable maturity, depth, and refinement, expressing the character of a well-aged cuvée shaped by time and exceptional terroir. The nose is complex and layered, unfolding with aromas of baked apple, dried pear, and candied citrus peel, interwoven with more evolved notes of brioche, toasted hazelnut, honey, and subtle spice. There is an immediate sense of richness balanced by freshness, reflecting both the vintage concentration and extended ageing.
