Description
“Dame Nature” 2025 is a distinctive and authentic rosé from Château Pas du Cerf in the heart of Provence. Crafted as a more natural expression of the estate’s philosophy, this cuvée is made without added sulphites, highlighting purity of fruit and the intrinsic character of the grapes.
The blend brings together 50% Grenache and 50% Tibouren, a historic Provençal variety known for its finesse, aromatic subtlety and elegance. Together, they create a rosé that is both generous and refined, with a strong sense of place and a naturally expressive profile.
In the glass, “Dame Nature” shows a pale and luminous rosé colour, with soft orange reflections that underline its delicate style. The nose is immediately expressive and slightly gourmand, revealing aromas of vanilla, candy and marshmallow, lifted by a fresh, airy character that brings balance and charm.
On the palate, the wine is supple, smooth and elegant, with a delicate texture and subtle vanilla nuances. The freshness carries through the mid-palate and into a clean, refreshing finish that invites another sip. There is a playful yet refined personality here, combining indulgence with precision.
Best served around 8°C, “Dame Nature” pairs beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine such as sea bass fillet with olive oil, grilled lamb chops with thyme or a simple Picodon goat cheese. Best enjoyed in its youth, it captures a natural, expressive and effortlessly charming style of Provence rosé.
