Description
“Château Pas du Cerf Rosé” 2025 is a true gem from Provence, combining subtlety, elegance and character in a beautifully balanced style. Produced by Château Pas du Cerf in the heart of the Côtes de Provence La Londe appellation, this cuvée reflects the estate’s deep connection to its schist-rich terroir and Mediterranean surroundings.
The blend is composed of 70% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre, 10% Tibouren and 5% Cinsault, bringing together generosity, finesse and aromatic complexity. A short 6-hour skin maceration allows for a gentle extraction, enhancing both colour precision and aromatic expression while preserving freshness. This careful vinification highlights the distinctive minerality of the La Londe terroir.
In the glass, the wine shows a bright and pale rosé colour with delicate silver reflections and subtle salmon hues, evoking elegance and refinement. The nose is fine and expressive, revealing aromas of white flowers, peach and gooseberry, lifted by a subtle tangy freshness.
On the palate, the wine is fresh, generous and beautifully balanced, with flavours of ripe peach and nectarine evolving into a round yet vibrant texture. The finish is smooth, lightly mentholated and marked by a clear mineral signature that reflects its origin.
This rosé is a perfect companion for Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, grilled fish or simply elegant summer aperitifs. Served between 8 and 10°C, it captures the essence of La Londe: finesse, freshness and unmistakable terroir expression.
