Winemaking: Hand hervested grapes are destemmed and undergo a long and delicate maceration of up to 25 days. After racking the juice is fermented and aged for 12 to 18 months.
Robe: Deep ruby
Nose: Dark crushed berries, scrublands and a touch of peppermint
Palate: Refreshing, full mouthfeel. Ripe black and red fruit focus with notes of scrublands. Very fine tannin.
