Soil: Granite and sandy with a bedrock of sandstone

Climate: Semi-continental

Winemaking: Grapes are harvested by hand. Followed by carbonic maceration for 7 to 8 days. Aged in cement. 

 

Tasting notes:

Robe: Garnet

Nose: Red fruits and wild flowers

Palate: A balanced wine with light tannins. Prominent notes of strawberries followed by fresh finish 

Finish: medium minus
