Winemaking:
Hand harvested in small crates to preserve freshness. The grapes are destemmed and fermented with indiginous yeasts. Maceration of 10 to 12 days. Aged in concrete vats.

“Medium ruby robe with purple tints. Fresh nose with notes of red berries, cherries with a touch of sweet spice and pepper. On the palate it is juicy, bursting with fresh red fruits. Medium+ acidity and low tannins. An ideal wine for a BBQ or a picnic in the park, versatile and approachable!”
