White wines
Inédit 2025 is a distinctive oak-aged Chenin Blanc from Domaine Darragon, combining richness with precision. Ripe orchard fruits, subtle vanilla, and toasted notes are layered over a fine mineral backbone. A structured yet elegant wine with depth and a long, refined finish.
Instinct 2023 is a gastronomic white wine from the Côtes de Provence La Londe appellation, crafted entirely from Rolle. Rich yet vibrant, it combines ripe pear, white flowers and delicate spice with remarkable freshness and elegance. Complex and refined, it is a Provence white designed for the table.
Red wines
Château Mondorion Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2022 is a supple and expressive Right Bank Bordeaux with ripe black fruit and a refined, silky texture. Predominantly Merlot, it shows notes of blackberry, plum, and gentle spice supported by soft oak and polished tannins. Elegant yet generous, it offers a harmonious and approachable style of Saint-Émilion.
Domaine Les Creisses is a powerful yet polished Languedoc red, blending Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Grenache, offering ripe black fruit, garrigue, and subtle spice, supported by smooth tannins and a fresh, balanced finish.
