White wines
“Diane Blanc” 2025 from Château Pas du Cerf is a fresh and elegant white wine from Provence, full of Mediterranean charm. Blending Sémillon, Rolle and Clairette, it offers bright citrus notes, delicate floral aromas and a refreshing minty finish. Vibrant and refined, it is the perfect companion for sunny aperitifs and seafood dishes.
Domaine d’Archimbaud “Les IV Pierre” Blanc 2025 is a vibrant white wine from the IGP Mont Baudile, a lesser-known but increasingly exciting terroir in the Languedoc, at the foothills of the Larzac. Produced by a family estate with over a century of history, the wine reflects both tradition and a modern, organic approach to viticulture, with all vineyards certified organic. This cuvée is a blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, and Muscat Petit Grain, combining aromatic intensity with freshness and balance. In the glass, it shows a pale golden colour with bright reflections, signalling both ripeness and energy.
Red wines
Domaine de Cassan Ventoux is a charming and approachable red wine from the southern Rhone, made from a blend of Cinsault and Grenache that brings both freshness and generosity to the glass. The nose is bright and inviting, opening with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry, lifted by Grenache’s ripe, sun-kissed fruit profile. Cinsault contributes delicacy and fragrance, adding floral hints and a soft, perfumed elegance. Subtle undertones of blackcurrant, Mediterranean herbs, and gentle spice provide additional depth and a clear terroir.
Baronnie Rouge 2023 from Château de Jonquières is a welcoming and expressive red wine that reflects the warmth and generosity of southern French vineyards. In the glass, it displays a bright ruby colour with youthful purple highlights, hinting at its freshness and fruit-forward style. The nose is open and inviting, dominated by aromas of red cherries, raspberries, and wild strawberries, complemented by subtle notes of blackberry.
