White wines

Domaine Fouassier Clos de Bannon 2023 is a precise and expressive Sancerre from biodynamically farmed Sauvignon Blanc vines. It shows ripe citrus, pear, and subtle spice, lifted by a clean, chalky minerality. Textured yet vibrant, it combines purity with a gentle richness on the palate.

Domaine d’Archimbaud “Les IV Pierres” Blanc 2025 is a fresh and aromatic white from the Mont Baudile, crafted from Viognier, Grenache Blanc, and Muscat. It shows delicate notes of white flowers, pear, and citrus with a lively, refreshing finish. Elegant yet expressive, it’s a versatile southern white perfect for the summer.

Red wines

Domaine Saint Pierre Vacqueyras 2023 is a classic expression of one of the Southern Rhône’s most characterful appellations. Vacqueyras is known for producing powerful yet balanced reds from sun-drenched vineyards near Gigondas and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre typically thrive in stony, heat-retaining soils.

La Fleur by Château Mondorion Saint-Émilion 2022 is a rich and expressive Right Bank Bordeaux from a warm, generous vintage. It shows ripe black fruit, plum, and floral notes supported by smooth tannins and a velvety texture. Elegant yet generous, it is a harmonious, oak-aged Saint-Émilion with excellent drinkability and charm.
