Description

“Diane Rosé” 2025 is a charming and vibrant rosé wine from Château Pas du Cerf, a family estate located in the heart of Provence. Surrounded by Mediterranean landscapes and influenced by the nearby sea, the domaine produces wines that embody freshness, elegance and the relaxed art of living of southern France.

This cuvée blends 70% Grenache, 20% Tibouren and 10% Cinsault, a classic Provençal combination that brings together fruit expression, finesse and freshness. Tibouren, one of Provence’s historic grape varieties, contributes delicate aromatic complexity and subtle minerality, while Grenache adds generosity and Cinsault enhances the wine’s light, refreshing character.

The wine is produced through direct pressing followed by low-temperature alcoholic fermentation, preserving the purity of the fruit and the wine’s vibrant aromatic profile. In the glass, “Diane Rosé” displays a clear, brilliant pale pink colour with elegant silver reflections.

The nose is expressive and inviting, bursting with aromas of exotic fruits such as lychee and passion fruit, complemented by delicate hints of vanilla and a bright mineral freshness. On the palate, the wine is lively and refreshing, with juicy exotic fruit flavours balanced by a fine mineral finish. The overall impression is youthful, elegant and immediately pleasurable.

Best served between 8 and 10°C, “Diane Rosé” is ideal as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with veal tartare drizzled with Provençal olive oil, citrus crab tartare, tapas, anchovies, sushi, fresh salads or grilled fish. Designed to be enjoyed in its youth, it perfectly captures the freshness and conviviality of Provence rosé.
