Description
Produced in Riquewihr, one of Alsace’s most historic wine villages, this Pinot Blanc 2024 comes from Domaine de la Tour Blanche, the family estate of Daniel and Estelle Klack. The Klack family has been rooted in winemaking since 1628, continuing a long tradition of crafting expressive wines that reflect the identity of their Alsatian terroirs through careful vineyard work and traditional cellar practices.
Pinot Blanc is one of Alsace’s most versatile and approachable grape varieties, known for producing wines that are fresh, supple and subtly aromatic. At Domaine de la Tour Blanche, it is vinified to preserve purity of fruit and a clean, elegant style, reflecting the cool climate and limestone-influenced soils of the region.
The 2024 vintage displays a pale, bright colour with crystalline highlights. The nose is delicate and inviting, opening on aromas of green apple, pear and white peach, complemented by soft floral notes and a gentle freshness.
On the palate, the wine is smooth, light and well-balanced, with a fine texture and refreshing acidity. The fruit profile remains clean and precise, leading to a soft, harmonious finish that makes the wine particularly easy to enjoy.
This Pinot Blanc is a highly versatile food wine, ideal as an aperitif or paired with salads, quiches, seafood, white meats or simple seasonal dishes. Best served lightly chilled, it offers immediate pleasure while showcasing the finesse and drinkability typical of well-made Alsace Pinot Blanc.
