Geraldine’s vintage champagne is a must for Champagne lovers. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The vindication is done both on with stainless steel and small oak barrels to maximise contact with the wood. They are then aged on the Lees for a whopping 5 years and 6 months after disgorgement.
