Carmes De Rieussec

One of the great chateau of Sauternes. They use the method of noble rot for this phenomenal sweet wine. The grapes pre pressing are handled with incredible care. The wine is then aged in oak cask. Giving us a balanced Sauternes with notes of honeysuckle, almonds and vanilla. The finish is long and sweet but clean.
