In this vintage, Mourvèdre reigns supreme, supported by smaller proportions of Syrah and Grenache. The vineyards of Terrasses du Larzac, influenced by altitude and cooling Mediterranean breezes, allow the grapes to ripen slowly while preserving freshness and aromatic complexity. This unique environment gives the wine both power and elegance.
The 2023 vintage displays a deep robe with intense ruby reflections. The nose is layered and sophisticated, combining balsamic freshness with refined spicy and woody notes. Aromas of eucalyptus, clove, moka, rosemary and black pepper unfold gradually, revealing remarkable complexity and depth.
